IN NO EVENT SHALL IAN’S MOBILE DETAILING LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO (A) YOUR USE OF OUR COMMUNICATION CHANNELS, (B) ANY DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE OUR COMMUNICATION CHANNELS, (C) ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH OUR COMMUNICATION CHANNELS, OR (D) ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELETIONS, DEFECTS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER OPERATING OR TECHNICAL FAILURES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF IAN’S MOBILE DETAILING LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
